Terms and Conditions

All of our rooms are modern, spacious and come with an en suite bathroom. Every room features a flat-screen TV, complimentary toiletries, tea, and coffee making facilities. Our guests benefit from free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi in all rooms and communal areas. Boston West hotel operates a non-smoking policy throughout.

Situated in the Lincolnshire countryside, Boston West has a number of excellent facilities for guests to enjoy. Our 18-hole golf course and 20-bay floodlit driving range is open to all guests staying in the hotel. The Westwoods Bar & Grill overlooks the 18th hole and serves delicious meals; made with the finest local ingredients from 7 am until 8.45 pm. Westwood’s Bar & Grill also serves a full English breakfast alongside continental options from 7 am until 10 am. The bar is open for hotel guests serving a variety of beverages to enjoy until late. If you would like to make a dinner reservation or add breakfast to your booking please contact Reception and we will be happy to arrange this for you. If you would prefer to dine in the comfort of your room, we can provide room service after 7 pm for a small tray charge.

Check in is available from 2 pm onwards and our reception is open 24 hours. An early check in may be possible subject to availability and is just £10. We kindly request that you vacate your room by 10.30 am on the morning of departure. Late checkout is available only by request. Please enquire at reception for further details.

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel or amend a reservation free of charge until 2 pm 48-hours prior to the date of arrival. No-shows, cancellations or amendments made after this time will incur a cancellation charge equal to the first night’s stay. To cancel or amend a reservation please contact us via telephone or email.


All bookings at Boston West Leisure LTD (hereinafter called “The Company”) are made under the following guidelines:

“Client” means the person or booking agent who instructs The Company to book a event.
“Event” may mean a hotel golf break, golf day, meeting, conference, wedding or event but this list is non-exhaustive.

These terms and conditions shall apply to the provision of all services between The Company and the client. The Clients’ signature acts as acceptance of these terms and conditions. By returning a signed copy the client agrees to pay all charges levied upon them.

The Client must make a non refundable deposit payment of £20 per head within 14 days of booking. The booking will be confirmed within 3 days via email. Any booking made within 14 days of the arrival date should be paid in full. If the Client wishes to amend or cancel a booking then they must do so directly with The Company in writing either by emailing [email protected] or calling a member of the Sales Management Team on 01205 290670 for details.

Where the Client has booked a golf break and does not attend without notifying The Company of the cancellation; or cancels a booking within the 14 day cancellation period, the full cost of the event will be payable. All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you notify The Company of your cancellation up to 14 days prior to the event, you will be charged as follows:

1 months before arrival 75% of anticipated revenue
14 days before arrival 100% of anticipated revenue

All cancellations must be made in writing by registered post or alternatively electronic mail, submitted with a read receipt, otherwise a non-arrival charge will be levied to the total value of the business lost. Where an Event has been postponed and moved to a new date in the next financial year, the deposit will be non-refundable and will not be used to secure the new date. However; this is subject to The Company’s discretion and all circumstances will be taken into consideration.

All property is left at the owners own risk and The Company accepts no responsibility for property lost, damaged or stolen.


The Client shall be responsible for maintaining order during their Event at all times and for ensuring that all delegates and guests observe the Company’s Fire and Health and Safety procedures.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Designated smoking areas are provided outside. The Client, delegates, visitors and guests shall comply with all reasonable requests and instructions of The Company’s staff.

In the event of any accidental damage to buildings, furniture or furnishings or other property of the Company by the Client, delegates or visitors to the Event, the full cost of repair or replacement will be charged directly to the Client.

Fireworks, and the use of fireworks shall remain the responsibility of the Client. Any damage resulting from the use of fireworks; to both property, the Client and their guests, is strictly the responsibility of the Client. Anybody working for The Company must not handle, or light a firework under any circumstances. The Client must ensure that any fireworks used are in line with the current UK and EU regulations and purchased from a licenced distributor. All fireworks must only be used outside and away from any buildings. More details about the safe display of fireworks can be found at http://www.hse.gov.uk/explosives/fireworks/using.htm. BOSTON WEST WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY OR LOSS OF LIFE AS A RESULT OF THE CLIENT USING FIREWORKS AT BOSTON WEST.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking, without notice where the Client is in breach of the above terms and conditions and, where due to noncompliance of terms, booking fees will remain.

The Company shall treat all personal and business information supplied by the Client as confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your information will not be sent to a third party, however, from time to time we may have special offers or services which we think will be of interest to you and we will contact you via email to tell you of such offers. The Company does not accept liability for any loss, damage, costs or expenses where the performance or prompt performance of their obligations is prevented or affected due to Force Majeure. Force Majeure means any event which The Company could not, even with all reasonable care, foresee or avoid such as war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or ports, technical problems with transport, governmental action and all other similar events.
